Discover | Design | Deliver: Our design had to cater to three completely different services: 24×7 self-service, day-to-day, and Elite banking. We were tasked with making our designs efficient and relevant for each service on functionality, footfall and demographics. We designed the 24×7 keeping in mind speed and convenience for customers. For Elite customers, we created an exclusive ambience with separate access, intimate spaces and a unique personal banking experience. We wove the logo and brand colors subtly in all three services. We achieved the bank’s customer-friendly ideology with an open, wire-free and welcoming design, throwing out age-old ideas of closed office spaces and caged teller stations.
